How to Overcome Mental Struggles, Sadness, and Suffering

未分類

Many people today are struggling with mental health issues or inner turmoil. This can lead to a lack of self-confidence and difficulty in taking steps towards their goals. Those caught in such negative cycles often require a different approach and need to become aware of certain realities.

I have experienced this myself—our world is full of systems that damage the mind and spirit. Once your mental health declines, it becomes extremely challenging to recover. Lower consciousness levels cause the body’s frequency to drop, leading to a decrease in energy. In this state, you attract people and things that emit similarly low frequencies, trapping you in a negative loop.

Being surrounded by negative-minded individuals, exploitative companies, alcohol, drugs, fast food, additive-laden diets, unhealthy environments, music that lowers your IQ, money-driven hospitals, incorrect knowledge, and narrow interests—all these gradually take over your life. The problem is that you are attracting these things to yourself.

Important Realizations

The first thing you need to realize is that you were intentionally guided into your current mental state. When you are surrounded by good friends and a positive environment, you rarely fall into such a state. Negativity is contagious, and fundamentally, no one wants to bring down your mental state.

However, in a society driven by profit, there is a need for people to buy stress-relief products. Without stressed people, products like alcohol, luxury goods, and sugary foods would not sell. Continued consumption of these leads to health issues, creating a market for expensive medications and treatments.

Society pressures you to compete, deprives you of sleep, pushes trends, undermines your self-confidence, and feeds you incorrect knowledge that clouds your judgment. This is how our country’s GDP increases, with most of the wealth ending up in the hands of shareholders, many of whom are foreign investors. Even a CEO of a large company cannot fully grasp this wealth, and it’s even more difficult for contract or non-regular employees.

As corporate employees fiercely compete within companies, shareholders reap the rewards. Competition between companies is often orchestrated, benefiting those with substantial capital who own shares in multiple companies. Regardless of which company wins, they profit.

When you are hurt, this is the result of such manipulations. You don’t have to endure it—it’s important to distance yourself from these influences.

True understanding rarely harms you. It’s the “aha” moments when past experiences connect, leading to a sense of understanding, that are genuinely enlightening. These reactions are entirely different from those of exploitation.

How to Escape Mental Suffering

The next thing to understand is that this world has both light and darkness. While some people may exploit and harm you, others genuinely want to help you.

When we are fulfilled, we naturally want to give to others. Helping others and receiving gratitude feels good. If someone truly understands and appreciates what you want, the exchange is win-win.

Therefore, it’s important to recognize that it’s okay to receive kindness or material things from such people. By distancing yourself from those who hurt or exploit you and getting closer to those who support and help you, you can break the negative loop.

Most media information is manipulative, so it’s better to trust your intuition.

Your environment is incredibly important. Developed and beautiful cities attract like-minded people. In contrast, areas rife with exploitation, violence, drugs, and alcohol attract similar individuals, with their appearance, sounds, smells, and frequencies reflecting this. Be sensitive to these differences.

Changing where you live or work to an environment where people with similar values gather can dramatically change your fate.

Key Points for Recovery

The approach to recovery must differ between those who are already in good mental health and those who are not. Those who are mentally well and shining are often kind, supportive, and in a position to give to others.

Everyone likely wishes to reach such a state. However, it’s crucial to note that you cannot give what you do not have. Before thinking about helping others or society, you must first ground yourself.

Start by not doing to others what you don’t want done to you. Then, take what you need to stabilize yourself without harming others. Even if you’re still learning a job, it’s perfectly fine to receive a salary. There are employers who will support you in leading a fulfilling life and having a healthy family so that you can excel in your work in the future.

Prioritize securing the economic stability, sleep, leisure time, knowledge, and friendships necessary for a stable life and mental health.

Society tries to instill guilt in us for having desires, but that is brainwashing. We must eat to survive, sleep adequately to make sound decisions, and our species would go extinct without sexual desire. Moreover, living in a comfortable environment increases productivity and happiness, providing the mental space and economic power to help others.

Having these desires within normal limits is not a problem. It’s okay to be a little selfish, as long as it doesn’t harm others. Be cautious not to become too greedy and turn into someone who exploits others. Excessive greed attracts similar greed and leads to exploitation. Even the boss of a company exploiting you is being exploited by someone more powerful.

When you achieve a certain level of economic success, you’ll encounter extremely intelligent, high-IQ individuals who will target the wealth you’ve worked hard to accumulate. In the end, it’s a matter of cause and effect.

Light and Darkness Are Two Sides of the Same Coin

Why do those who have caused us so much suffering even exist? I don’t know the true reason, but I believe it’s possible to create a reason and transform it into something positive.

Before criticizing or attacking others, we should aim to understand things on a higher level. One possible explanation is that their existence helps us realize what is truly important.

Imagine a world where everything is fulfilled and there is no suffering or pain. How could we feel fulfilled without experiencing hunger or deprivation? Overeating leads to health issues, and anything beyond our basic needs deprives others.

Conversely, when you’re extremely hungry, anything you eat will taste delicious. When you are overwhelmed with sadness or loneliness, a kind word can deeply touch your heart.

Losing something often helps us realize its value.

Deception and exploitation don’t bring happiness. Our consciousness and frequency levels are linked to our health, so focusing solely on desires prevents us from becoming truly healthy. Economic success contributes to happiness up to a certain point, but beyond that, it has no effect.

Thus, we can see exploiters as pitiful people who are oblivious to more important things. Next, we can use the wealth they generate through competition and exploitation to our advantage. It’s not wrong to utilize those who try to use us. In fact, mutual utilization can be healthy. Just be careful not to succumb to marketing tactics.

Infrastructure, technology, and impressive buildings are the benefits of competition and exploitation. Take advantage of the free illuminations and other benefits without guilt. The more people who visit these places, the more popular they become, benefiting everyone involved.

This mindset allows you to acquire high-performance items at a lower cost, such as slightly older models of computers, smartphones, cars, or appliances that function almost as well as newer versions.

Summary

Realize that your mental struggles, pain, and sadness are intentionally induced. Cut off the source of this manipulation and focus on grounding yourself during recovery. Only after your mental health and life have stabilized should you begin to consider your role and contributions to society.

It’s more productive to pursue your own happiness and activities that spread that happiness than to criticize or attack others.

Sadly, this world contains darkness—suffering, poverty, discrimination, exploitation, conflict, disease. However, just as a carnivore’s justice is evil to an herbivore, justice can lead to execution, and one can find their place in the world through evil. Recognize this duality and the various perspectives and approaches that exist.

Raising your perspective and broadening your horizons is the key to escaping worries, anxiety, and sadness. This encompasses the various problems you face and provides the basis for learning and growth.
